Throat Chakra

throat chakraThe Throat Chakra is the 5th Chakra and like its name, it is centered in the throat area of the body. The areas it governs are the throat, mouth, ears, thyroid gland, arms and hands. The fifth chakra rules our abilities for communication, creativity, connection and personal intentions.

It is also connected with our ability to communicate through hearing, speaking, and listening. It refers to both normal audible communication and the emotional and mental communication we all use in our relationships. It helps us speak the truth from our inner soul as our spiritual voice, as well as to make good decisions and to come up with good ideas.

It is also represented by the color blue.

Throat Chakra in Balance

If your Throat Chakra is in balance, you will have the ability to think clearly, listen well, and be empathetic. You will also have a good self-esteem, and be able to express yourself well in all situations. You will be able to direct others, as well as control your own daily situations. You will be able to communicate in an honest and easy way and people will think of you as a charismatic person.

Throat Chakra Out of Balance

If you believe you have a blocked throat chakra there are many techniques available to open it. However, I don’t recommend anyone attempt to do this without proper training. If you lack access to a teacher who can guide you through this I’ve created an easy to follow program for opening the chakras.

In my course, I walk you through each of the 7 chakras…root to crown, and show you how to balance each one individually using simple but powerful techniques. This method I teach does not require any special training, and is perfect for beginners and even advanced practitioners.

Are you ready to take the first step on this new spiritual journey? If so,
